Barclays plans five-year buffered SuperTrack notes tied to Russell

Olympia, Wash., March 6 – Barclays Bank plc plans to price 0% buffered SuperTrack notes due March 13, 2024 linked to the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.5 times any index gain, capped at par plus 42.5%.
Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 25% and will be exposed to any losses beyond the buffer.
Barclays is the agent.
The notes will price on March 8.
The Cusip number is 06747MHQ2.
