New Issue: Barclays sells $985,000 buffered notes due 2020 tied to iShares MSCI EM

Chicago, March 5 – Barclays Bank plc priced $985,000 of 0% capped buffered notes due March 18, 2020 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets ETF, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the fund finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the gain up to a maximum return of 17.45%.

Investors will receive par if the fund falls by up to 10% and will lose 1.11111% for each 1% decline beyond 10%.

Barclays is the agent.
