New Issue: Barclays prices $13.02 million buffered PLUS due 2021 linked to S&P 500

Olympia, Wash., March 4 – Barclays Bank plc priced $13.02 million of buffered Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due Sept. 3, 2021 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus double any index gain, up to a maximum payment of $12.355 per PLUS.

Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 10% and will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond the buffer.

Barclays is the agent with Morgan Stanley Wealth Management as the dealer.
