Barclays intends to price buffered PLUS due 2024 on the Topix index

Chicago, Feb. 21 – Barclays Bank plc plans to price 0% buffered Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due March 5, 2024 linked to the Topix index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus at least 180% of the index return.

Investors will receive par if the index declines by up to 25% and will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond the 25% buffer.

Barclays is the agent, with Morgan Stanley Wealth Management handling distribution.

The notes (Cusip: 06746Y747) will price on Feb. 28 and settle March 5.
