New Issue: Barclays prices $3.4 million PLUS due 2020 linked to S&P 500

Columbus, Ohio, Feb. 7 – Barclays Bank plc priced $3.4 million of 0% Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due May 5, 2020 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus triple any index gain, up to a maximum payout of par plus 17.1%.

Investors will be exposed to any losses.

Barclays is the agent with Morgan Stanley Wealth Management handling distribution.
