Barclays plans buffered SuperTrack notes tied to S&P 500
Chicago, Jan. 25 – Barclays Bank plc plans to price 0% buffered SuperTrack notes due Aug. 3, 2020 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus any index gain, up to a maximum return of 22.1%.
Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to the 15% buffer and will be exposed to any losses beyond the buffer.
Barclays is the agent.
The notes will price on Jan. 28 and settle Feb. 1.
The Cusip number is 06747MBG0.
