Barclays to price PLUS notes due 2020 linked to S&P 500

Chicago, Jan. 16 – Barclays Bank plc plans to price 0% Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due May 5, 2020 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus three times of any index gain up to a maximum payment 117.1%.

Investors will be exposed to any losses in the index.

Morgan Stanley Wealth Management is the agent.

The notes will price on Jan. 31 and settle Feb. 5.

The Cusip number is 06746Y408.
