Barclays to price autocallable notes due 2026 on Trailblazer Sectors 5

Olympia, Wash., Jan. 7 – Barclays Bank plc plans to price 0% autocallable notes due Jan. 30, 2026 linked to the Barclays Trailblazer Sectors 5 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be automatically called at par plus an annual call premium of 5% if on any annual call valuation date the index level is greater than or equal to the applicable call level. The call level is 101% of the initial level on the first call valuation date of Jan. 28, 2020, stepping up by 100 basis points each year to 106% of the initial level on the final call observation date.

The payout at maturity will be par plus any index gain.

If the index finishes flat or falls, the payout will be par.

Barclays is the agent.

The notes will price on Jan. 28.

The Cusip number is 06747M6Q4.
