Barclays plans seven-year protected notes tied to Trailblazer Sectors

Chicago, Nov. 21 – Barclays Bank plc plans to price notes due Dec. 3, 2025 linked to the Barclays Trailblazer Sectors 5 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be called at par plus an annual call premium of 7.5% if the asset closes at or above its initial level on any annual call valuation date after one year. The call level will be 101% on the first valuation date, stepping up by 100 basis points on each subsequent date.

The payout at maturity will be par plus any index gain.

If the index falls, the payout will be par.

Barclays is the agent.

The notes will price on Nov. 30.

The Cusip number is 06746XXW8.
