Barclays to price SuperTrack notes due 2020 linked to S&P 500 index

Olympia, Wash., Nov. 20 – Barclays Bank plc plans to price 0% SuperTrack notes due Jan. 31, 2020 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the return of the index is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus three times the index return, capped at par plus 14.4%.

Investors will be fully exposed to any losses.

Barclays is the agent.

The notes (Cusip: 06746XYX5) will price on Nov. 27 and settle on Nov. 30.
