Olympia, Wash., Oct. 25 – Barclays Bank plc priced $80 million of step-up fixed-rate callable notes due Oct. 26, 2020, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The coupon is 3% initially and will step up to 4% on Oct. 26, 2019. Interest will be payable semiannually.
The payout at maturity will be par.
The notes will be callable at par on any interest payment date beginning on April 26, 2019.
Barclays is the underwriter.
