New Issue: Barclays sells $844,000 notes due 2021 linked to S&P 500 index

Columbus, Ohio, Oct. 15 – Barclays Bank plc priced $844,000 of 0% notes due Oct. 3, 2021 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 0.81 times any index gain. Investors will have exposure to the first 5% of any decline in the index, with a minimum payout of 95% of par.

Barclays is the agent.
