New Issue: Barclays prices $705,000 buffered digital notes linked to S&P 500

Columbus, Ohio, Sept. 4 – Barclays Bank plc priced $705,000 of 0% buffered digital notes due Aug. 31, 2020 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the index return is equal to or greater than negative 10%, the payout at maturity will be par plus the digital percentage of 10.25%.

Otherwise, investors will be exposed to any losses beyond the 10% buffer.

Barclays is the agent.
