New Issue: Barclays sells $3.4 million buffered SuperTrack notes on EM, EAFE ETFs

Olympia, Wash., Aug. 3 – Barclays Bank plc priced $3.4 million of 0% buffered SuperTrack notes due Aug. 4, 2021 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets exchange-traded fund and the iShares MSCI EAFE ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If each ETF finishes above its initial price, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.32 times the gain of the worse performing ETF.

If the worse performing ETF falls by up to 30%, the payout at maturity will be par.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline of the worse performing ETF beyond the 30% buffer.
