New Issue: Barclays prices $1.84 million buffered digital notes linked to S&P 500

Olympia, Wash., July 31 – Barclays Bank plc priced $1.84 million of 0% buffered digital notes due July 31, 2020 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index return is equal to or greater than negative 15%, the payout at maturity will be par plus the digital percentage of 10.25%.
Otherwise, investors will be exposed to any losses beyond the 15% buffer.
