New Issue: Barclays prices $2.76 million notes due 2021 linked to Euro Stoxx 50

Olympia, Wash., July 31 – Barclays Bank plc priced $2.76 million of 0% notes due July 30, 2021 linked to Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.26 times the gain.
If the index falls by up to 5%, the payout will be par plus the index return.
If the index falls by more than 5%, investors will receive 95% of par.
