New Issue: Barclays prices $262,000 capped dual directional notes tied to Russell, S&P 500

Columbus, Ohio, July 12 – Barclays Bank plc priced $262,000 of 0% capped dual directional notes due June 30, 2021 linked to the lesser performing of the S&P 500 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If each index finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus double the gain of the worse performing index, up to a maximum return of 25%.

If either index falls by up to 15%, the payout will be par plus the absolute value of the return of the worse performing index.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline of the worse performing index beyond 15%.
