Barclays plans buffered SuperTrack notes due 2021 tied to S&P 500

Chicago, July 10 – Barclays Bank plc plans to price 0% buffered SuperTrack notes due Jan. 29, 2021 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus double any index gain up to a maximum return of 21% to 22%.
Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 10% and will be exposed to any losses beyond the 10% buffer.
Barclays is the agent.
The notes will price on July 26.
The Cusip number is 06746XH55.
