New Issue: Barclays sells $1.16 million 4.75% buffered notes tied to Russell 2000

Olympia, Wash., June 28 – Barclays Bank plc priced $1.16 million of 4.75% buffered notes due June 30, 2025 linked to the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Interest is payable quarterly.

If the index return is at least negative 15%, the payout at maturity will be par.

If the index falls by more than 15%, investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline beyond the buffer.

Barclays is the agent.
