New Issue: Barclays prices $1.8 million SuperTrack notes due 2023 tied to S&P 500

Olympia, Wash., May 29 – Barclays Bank plc priced $1.8 million of 0% SuperTrack notes due May 30, 2023 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.53 times any gain in the index.
Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 30% and will be fully exposed to any losses if the index finishes below the 70% barrier level.
