Barclays to price six-year notes on Barclays Trailblazer Sectors 5

Morgantown, W.Va., May 17 – Barclays Bank plc plans to price 0% notes due May 23, 2024 linked to the Barclays Trailblazer Sectors 5 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 3 times any index gain. If the index finishes flat or falls, the payout will be par.
Barclays is the agent.
The notes will price on May 18.
The Cusip number is 06746XAE3.
