New Issue: Barclays sells $2.11 million buffered SuperTrack notes on S&P 500

Morgantown, W.Va., May 16 – Barclays Bank plc priced $2.11 million of 0% buffered SuperTrack notes due May 14, 2021 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 2 times any gain in the index, with the return capped at 28%.
If the index falls by up to 10%, the payout will be par.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline beyond 10%.
