New Issue: Barclays sells $4.06 million three-year notes linked to Euro Stoxx 50

Morgantown, W.Va., May 16 – Barclays Bank plc priced $4.06 million of 0% notes due May 13, 2021 linked to Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.1075 times the gain.
If the index return is zero or negative, the payout will be par.
Barclays is the agent with J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and JPMorgan Chase Bank, NA as placement agents.
