New Issue: Barclays prices $241,000 notes tied to iShares MSCI EAFE, EM

Chicago, May 11 – Barclays Bank plc priced $241,000 of 0% notes due May 3, 2023 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets ETF and the iShares MSCI EAFE ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If each asset finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.5 times the gain of the worse performing fund.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline of the worse performing asset, with a minimum payout of 90% of par.
