New Issue: Barclays sells $23.03 million market-linked notes on MSCI Europe

Morgantown, W.Va., May 3 – Barclays Bank plc priced $23.03 million of 0% market-linked notes due May 6, 2021 linked to the MSCI Europe index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 182% of any index gain. If the index finishes flat or falls, the payout will be par plus the index return, subject to a floor of 90% of par.

Barclays is the agent with Morgan Stanley Wealth Management as dealer.
