New Issue: Barclays sells $1.28 million 18-month notes linked to Euro Stoxx 50

Morgantown, W.Va., May 2 – Barclays Bank plc priced $1.28 million of 0% notes due Oct. 30, 2019 linked to Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the greater of the index return and 12.15%.
If the index falls by up to 30%, the payout will be par.
If the index falls by more than 30%, investors will be fully exposed to the decline from the initial level.
Barclays is the underwriter, and JPMorgan Chase Bank, NA and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC are the placement agents.
