New Issue: Barclays sells $1.04 million buffered PLUS tied to Topix index

Minneapolis, April 30 – Barclays Bank plc priced $1.04 million of 0% buffered Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due Nov. 4, 2020 linked to the Topix index, according to a 424B2 with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus double any index gain, up to a maximum payment of $14.50 per $10.00 PLUS.
Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 10% and will be exposed to any losses beyond the buffer.
Barclays is the agent. Morgan Stanley Wealth Management is acting as dealer.
