New Issue: Barclays prices $1.23 million SuperTrack notes tied to index, fund

Chicago, April 25 – Barclays Bank plc priced $1.23 million of 0% SuperTrack notes due Oct. 25, 2021 linked to the Russell 2000 index and the PowerShares QQQ Trust, Series 1, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If each asset finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 4 times the gain of the worse performing index or fund up to a maximum return of 41.5%.

If either asset falls but ends at or above its 60% barrier level, the payout at maturity will be par.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline of the worse performing asset.
