New Issue: Barclays prices $1.31 million buffered SuperTrack notes tied to S&P 500

Chicago, April 4 – Barclays Bank plc priced $1.31 million of 0% buffered SuperTrack notes due April 5, 2022 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.05 times the gain.
Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 25% and will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond the buffer.
