New Issue: Barclays sells $1.45 million notes due 2021 on Euro Stoxx 50

Columbus, Ohio, March 13 – Barclays Bank plc priced $1.45 million of 0% notes due March 11, 2021 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.1225 times any index gain. If the index falls, investors will share in up to 2.5% of the loss.

Barclays is the agent.
