Barclays to price six-year SuperTrack notes linked to the Dow

Morgantown, W.Va., Feb. 6 – Barclays Bank plc plans to price 0% SuperTrack notes due Feb. 12, 2024 linked to the Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.34 times the index return.

Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 40% and will be fully exposed to losses if the index declines by more than 40%.

Barclays is the agent.

The notes will price on Feb. 7.

The Cusip number is 06744CVX6.
