New Issue: Barclays prices $50.05 million Leveraged Index Return Notes on the Dow

Morgantown, W.Va., Jan. 29 – Barclays Bank plc priced $50,051,910 of 0% Leveraged Index Return Notes due Jan. 27, 2023 linked to the Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 108.1% of any index gain.
Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 20% and will lose 1% for every 1% decline beyond 20%.
BofA Merrill Lynch is the agent.
