New Issue: Barclays sells $564,000 SuperTrack notes linked to iShares MSCI EAFE

Morgantown, W.Va., Jan. 29 – Barclays Bank plc priced $564,000 of 0% SuperTrack notes due Jan. 26, 2023 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.33 times any gain in the ETF.

If the ETF falls by up to 50%, the payout will be par.

If the ETF falls by more than 50%, investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline below the initial level.

Barclays is the agent.
