New Issue: Barclays sells $3.7 million buffered SuperTrack notes on Euro Stoxx 50

Morgantown, W.Va., Dec. 1 – Barclays Bank plc priced $3.7 million of 0% buffered SuperTrack notes due May 26, 2020 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus any gain in the index.

If the index falls by up to 20%, the payout will be par.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline beyond 20%.

Barclays is the agent.
