New Issue: Barclays sells $7.64 million conditional return notes tied to Microsoft

Chicago, Dec. 1 – Barclays Bank plc priced $7.64 million of notes due Dec. 7, 2018 linked to Microsoft Corp. stock, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the stock finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par of $10.00 plus the conditional payment of $1.471 per par amount.
Otherwise, investors will exposed to any losses.
