New Issue: Barclays sells $2.56 million buffered return enhanced notes on Stoxx 50

Morgantown, W.Va., Nov. 30 – Barclays Bank plc priced $2.56 million of 0% buffered return enhanced notes due Nov. 20, 2019 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.4215 times any index gain.

Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 15% and will lose 1.1765% for every 1% decline beyond the 15% buffer.

Barclays is the agent with J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and JPMorgan Chase Bank, NA as placement agents.
