New Issue: Barclays prices $4.07 million 6% contingent yield trigger autocallables tied to two indexes
By Susanna Moon
Chicago, Nov. 16 – Barclays Bank plc priced $4.07 million of trigger autocallable contingent yield notes due Nov. 16, 2027 linked to the lesser performing of the MSCI Emerging Markets index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will pay a contingent quarterly coupon at an annual rate of 6% if each index closes at or above its 56.25% coupon barrier on the observation date for that quarter.
The notes will be called at par if each index closes at or above its initial level on any observation date after one year.
The payout at maturity will be par unless either index finishes below its 56.25% downside threshold, in which case investors will be fully exposed to any losses of the worse performing index.
UBS Financial Services Inc. and Barclays are the agents.
