Barclays plans five-year SuperTrack notes tied to Russell, the Dow

Chicago, Nov. 8 – Barclays Bank plc plans to price 0% SuperTrack notes due Nov. 30, 2022 linked to the lesser performing of the Russell 2000 index and the Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If each index finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 2.5 times the gain of the worse performing index up to a maximum return of 57% to 60%.

If either index falls by up to its 60% barrier level, the payout will be par.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline of the worse performing index.

Barclays is the agent.

The notes will price on Nov. 27.

The Cusip number is 06744CKC4.
