New Issue: Barclays prices $2.58 million buffered SuperTrack notes tied to S&P 500

Morgantown, W.Va., Oct. 19 – Barclays Bank plc priced $2.58 million of 0% buffered SuperTrack notes due Jan. 3, 2020 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 2 times any gain in the index, subject to a maximum return of 21.75%.

If the index falls by up to 10%, the payout will be par.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline beyond 10%.

Barclays is the agent.
