Barclays to price buffered SuperTrack notes linked to Euro Stoxx 50

Morgantown, W.Va., Oct. 18 – Barclays Bank plc plans to price 0% buffered SuperTrack notes due Oct. 24, 2019 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 2 times the index return, capped at 34%.

Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 10% and will lose 1% for each 1% that the index declines beyond 10%.

Barclays is the agent.

The notes will price Oct. 20.

The Cusip number is 06744CF71.
