Barclays plans buffered SuperTrack notes due 2019 linked to Stoxx 50

Chicago, Sept. 26 – Barclays Bank plc plans to price 0% buffered SuperTrack notes due Jan. 10, 2019 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 2.5 times any index gain, up to a maximum return of 25.3%.

Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 5% and will be exposed to any losses beyond 5%.

Barclays is the agent.

The notes will price on Oct. 4 and settle on Oct. 10.

The Cusip number is 06744C4Z1.
