New Issue: Barclays sells $4.33 million 4.16% buffered notes tied to Russell 2000

Morgantown, W.Va., Sept. 5 – Barclays Bank plc priced $4.33 million of 4.16% buffered notes due Aug. 31, 2022 linked to the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Interest is payable quarterly.

The payout at maturity will be par unless the index falls by more than 15%, in which case investors will be exposed to any losses beyond the buffer.

Barclays is the agent.
