New Issue: Barclays prices $9.91 million of two-year trigger PLUS linked to Amazon

Chicago, Aug. 23 – Barclays Bank plc priced $9.91 million of trigger Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due Aug. 22, 2019 linked to Amazon.com, Inc. stock, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus double any stock gain, up to a maximum of $13.20 per PLUS.
Investors will receive par if the stock falls by up to 20% and will be fully exposed to any losses if the stock finishes below its 80% trigger level.
Barclays is the agent with Morgan Stanley Wealth Management as a dealer.
