New Issue: Barclays sells $731,000 buffered SuperTrack notes tied to Euro Stoxx 50

Chicago, Aug. 4 – Barclays Bank plc priced $731,000 of 0% buffered SuperTrack notes due Aug. 1, 2022 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.47 times any gain in the index capped at par plus 33%.

If the index falls by up to 25%, the payout will be par.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond the 25% buffer.

Barclays is the agent.
