New Issue: Barclays sells $273,000 buffered SuperTrack notes linked to S&P 500

Morgantown, W.Va., Aug. 3 – Barclays Bank plc priced $273,000 of 0% buffered SuperTrack notes due July 29, 2022 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.15 times any gain in the index.
If the index falls by up to 15%, the payout will be par.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline beyond 15%.
