New Issue: Barclays sells $2.71 million four-year trigger gears on Russell, Stoxx

Chicago, Aug. 2 – Barclays Bank plc priced $2.71 million of 0% trigger gears due July 30, 2021 linked to a basket consisting of the Russell 2000 index and the Euro Stoxx 50 index, equally weighted, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 1.51 times any basket gain.
Investors will receive par if the basket falls by up to 25% and will be fully exposed to any losses if the basket finishes below the 75% downside threshold level.
