New Issue: Barclays sells $600,000 of 5.5% five-year autocallables tied to Russell

Chicago, July 7 – Barclays Bank plc priced $600,000 of 5.5% autocallable notes June 21, 2022 linked to the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Interest is payable monthly.
The notes will be called at par if the index closes at or above its initial level on any quarterly determination date after one year.
The payout at maturity will be par unless the index finishes below its 70% barrier level, in which case investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline.
