New Issue: Barclays sells $1.85 million buffered SuperTrack notes tied to the Dow

Morgantown, W.Va., June 6 – Barclays Bank plc priced $1.85 million of 0% buffered SuperTrack notes due May 31, 2022 linked to the Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.21 times the index return.
Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 15% and will lose 1% for each 1% that the index may decline beyond 15%.
