New Issue: Barclays sells $2.06 million four-year SuperTrack notes tied to S&P 500

Morgantown, W.Va., June 5 – Barclays Bank plc priced $2.06 million of 0% SuperTrack notes due May 28, 2021 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.235 times any gain in the index.
If the index finishes at or below the initial level but at or above the 70% barrier level, the payout will be par.
Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the index decline from the initial level.
