New Issue: Barclays sells $1.16 million buffered digital notes tied to S&P 500

Morgantown, W.Va., June 5 – Barclays Bank plc priced $1.16 million of 0% buffered digital notes due Nov. 30, 2020 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the index return is at least negative 15%, the payout at maturity will be par plus 16.85%.

If the index return is less than negative 15%, investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline beyond 15%.

Barclays is the agent.
